Midvale Condo - November 2024

This project was strictly cosmetic and furnishings - the condo was well maintained by the previous owner and just needed a little makeover for some new life.

The goal was threefold: light and bright, functional and durable, and overall budget-friendly. The entire home was painted by Painter One of Greater Salt Lake who did a wonderful job correcting the wall texture and transitioning all the dark paint to light.

This home is now ready to host family parties with seating for twelve, can easily accommodate overnight guests and is prepared for many future playdates with the grandkids.
